The culture of fear is pervasive / oppressive where employees live in trepidation from being the one who will be fired this week. You are loved upon arrival and then if you do not choose sides with one superior or another, you are labeled a traitor or unloyal and then put through a series of emotionally humiliating events so that you are either forced to quit or eventually let go unceremoniously--even after years of blood sweat and tears invested. Formerly chummy colleagues avoid you for fear of being branded as well. It's a shame as the company could have so much promise.

Having worked for this company for over 5 years i experienced more downs than ups I realized that this company are more interested in profit margins rather than the health safety and well being of its employees. Having suffered a serious injury onsite that was caused by the client i was virtually left for dead with no support and all ISOS did was makeup excuses for the client they said that we are on there ground and we have to play by there rules. I almost lost everything because of this company,They hide in international tax havens and break most of the employment laws including employing people on illegal contracts. They simply allow client to treat there staff in any way they want.Then its the constructive dismissal wait at home all will be ok.This has happened many times to past employees. I am currently in contact with at least 30 people who experienced what i experienced I would like to warn any future employees about this company also any company in the oil gas mining areas wanting to use its services BEWARE they lack transparency they use the alarm center as a smoke screen to tender contracts they are also expensive.There are a lot more companies out there who give a better quality service and are a lot cheaper. Dont be drawn in
