Shift work, if you prefer so. Overtime pay, if you prefer so.

Cons

False promises. Toxic work culture. Zero career development or progression. Managers are unable to make critical decisions or manage manpower adequately. Management values years of service more than individual capability. High resignation rate. Shifts run on minimum or below minimum manpower. Highly recommend not to join.
