Great organization

Pros

Great, passionate, female-led organization with deep commitment to creating positive change in the world. Flexible schedules, laid back office, great benefits. Pay is better than average for most positions. Opportunities for advancement for strong performers. Inclusive and friendly culture.

Cons

Project funding in the NGO world in general makes job security in this sector challenging - many positions are based on direct funds availability which is donor dependent. Projects are often based in some of the most difficult locations in the world which is challenging.

Pros

They are doing really important work (esp. right now!) and it's great to feel like you are playing a role in that. Chill office, great location.

Cons

Slow to work your way up.
