Pros

Internews is a place of wonderful corporate culture and a home of people with incredible talent and great drive. Schedules are flexible and work/life balance is often prioritized. There is an authentic enthusiasm for the work and staff is encouraged to learn and innovate.

Cons

Internews is a very flat organization. It is difficult to grow professionally and at times, leadership plays favorites.
