Wish I could have stayed; loved my job

Pros

The team I worked with made the position enjoyable; even on the hectic days. There was always support when the out of the ordinary occurred, which could be often. The training I received when I came on board was great because I learned phlebotomy on the job. My supervisor was responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

The tight labor market in Central Oregon made it hard to add new team members; which sometimes led to being short-staffed.
