      There are no pros to working here. They don't listen. They don't care. Just what they can get out of you.

      Cons

      Don't work here. Management located in other states. Just trying to get the money out. They don't care if the business goes under. Not willing to pay you for what you do. Make promises they do not keep.

      Fantastic co workers who have great ideas and plenty to contribute

      Cons

      Atrocious upper management is destroying the company. If you're checking reviews because you're interviewing, just ask how many employees have been there 2+ years. (It's not many) Additional competitors have recently entered the local market and are poaching clients left and right leaving many to find new jobs on short notice.
