Not great in terms of policies. Outlook is not great - no real plan to expand & grow.
Not good to stay more than 3 years - learning will be stagnant. Moreover the quality of work in VLSI services sector is NOT GOOD. Good if you want to learn software/perl , but not in terms of core VLSI
