(1) Good work (2) Ability to learn more in EDA (3) Friendly environment (4) Good salary atleast in Kolkata

Cons

(1) Except few, senior management is not very good. (2) in 2008 recession, when all salary hike and promotion were stopped, ONLY a girl got the promotion .... strange to know she was working in a non-profit project.
