      Some very nice people working there; benefits

      1. Leadership seems to lack long term vision. Plans seem to change 2-3 times a year 2. Not much diversity within organization 3. Company values breed an environment that can make it difficult for secular people who do not want to talk about religion at work, or who don't have strong conservative values.

      Spent a third of my life working for one of the best companies around! Great people who cared about their employees.

      Cons

      New leadership that is bringing in new fresh people in hopes of making the company even better. Doesn't want "long timers" any more.
