Pros
My peers and directs are great to work with. We know how to get this done and feel accomplished doing so.
Cons
I'm a long time employee and I hate saying anything bad, but the most recent change in IT "leadership" is anything but a good thing. They label themselves leaders but are mostly just bullies. They have a really heavy emphasis on the stick in the carrot vs stick method of motivating people. Very uninspiring and but I hope that will change. I have been here long enough and want to hold out for the people that work for me.
