      Spent a third of my life working for one of the best companies around! Great people who cared about their employees.

      Cons

      New leadership that is bringing in new fresh people in hopes of making the company even better. Doesn't want "long timers" any more.

      Pros

      Team mates are easy to work with, good work-life balance - they actually allow comp time and have a line-item for it on the timesheet, some flexibility in shift hours, good location (but no easy walking to/from DART), not a pressure cooker, relatively low stress

      Cons

      Somewhat duplicitous religious culture, too touchy, not really sincere, new management does not adhere to the proclaimed company values, unexpected changes in personnell, pay is somewhat lower than at other places I'd worked.
