Okay Pay, Overbearing & Controlling Management Style
Pros
- Base pay was consistent - You get paid weekly - Weekends off - Thursdays they pay for your meals since there is a meeting after hours - If you meet sale quota weekly you gain more pay above base pay - Holidays that fall along the week are paid - Time off after the year - Yearly bonus depending on how many months you've worked for them
Cons
- Communication of how pay works and health insurance pay works isn't clear at all from the outset; which you learn from asking around - This job is not for the faint of heart, its ruthless and the pay is not that great for the labor, at best okay. - Opportunities to grow in company are very limited - No Overtime - Prone to injury (Hard to build a career in this field that way) - Insurance is not the greatest - Incredible amounts of turn over - Days can be long not allowing much time with family
