      Pros

      Privately owned company, and as such can choose the direction of the company without having to worry about wall street

      Cons

      Moves slowly. Frustrating at times because of "paralysis by analysis." Work has a "silo" feel to it. Direction is not clearly communicated.

      Pros

      Most Holidays with paid time off. Decent starting job for a young man.

      Cons

      No retirement. You would be crippled before you got to that age anyway. Impossible to advance no matter how well you do your job.

      They promote a set of Purpose and Values to which they try to tie everything. They are not perfect at or but nobody is. Things fall through but usually right themselves in the end.

      Cons

      Old systems are stunting the growth potential. New challenges are more so because of this.
