      Lack of communication within departments and from lower levels to higher level. Sparse staffing in crucial areas. In a state of transition and seeking to clarify strategy.

      Good group of workers, great products, and plenty of available hours if you want to work.

      Cons

      Lower hourly rate than it should be for the job, but the overtime helps. Truck service and maintenance needs improvement - not enough focus on making sure drivers and loads are legal.
