      Pros

      Very flexible and understanding of family life. Work life balance exists. Unlimited sick time. Projects move quickly and everyone gets a chance to work with different teams where they get high profile time

      Cons

      People are weirdly religious. Bible church religious. They have a chaplain and pray before meetings. Privately held family company so their prerogative but it gets to be a little much if you are not of the same faith. A lot of nepotism
