Pros

For a mechanical or electrical engineer, this it's a great opportunity to work on projects from table top machines that dispense tape to larger machines that seal boxes. Very good people to work with.

Cons

They are owned by a private equity firm.

Pros

Large company, ability to interact with many people.

Cons

Investment bankers bought the company. They don't want to support customers or employees anymore. Hopefully they get better at quality control, as it seems almost nonexistent. Upper management seem to be fairly incompetent with little to no understanding of day to day operations, only a desire to spend less money. Constantly trying to compensate for lost business to make the company seem more successful than reality would indicate.
