      Ownership change over the past few years has caused a lack of security among employees as they've seen many changes, but all changes have been for the strength of the organization so far.

      The culture of this organization is unmatched. This is evident in the average tenure of employees. The passion and humility of the leadership team is top shelf and inspiring. People come first. The relationships I've built here are life-long and I will hold them dear to my heart. The flexibility they offer in working environment offers work-life balance. Each individual brings passion to the work place in striving for success as a whole.

      Cons

      I find it difficult to come up with any cons. If any, I'd say, there is room for improvement on spending money in the development of tools to enhance processes.

      Pros

      Solid company with great history of innovation in the market. As a whole a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a disconnect between Upper Management and the rest of the company. Communication has become better in recent months but still need a bit better communication of things coming down the pipeline.
