Pros

Relatively relaxed work environment, not really micromanaged at all. This specific role is hybrid, you go to the office two times a week. They also have good benefits, and 15 days pto.

Cons

Growth is there, just felt stumped at times since they got acquired. Its pretty easy to feel unmotivated during slow periods and work doesn't feel rewarding since any won leads or new sales tend to hardly effect your overall numbers. Very hard to hit commission if your overall region or market isn't doing well.
