Pros

Healthcare is good, and pto is average.

Cons

They laid me off in 3 weeks. The new mechanical engineering manager and director are clueless. They are micromanaging like kindergarten teachers, and have nasty attitudes. Will ask for updates every day and love threatening employees. I’m glad I’m no longer with them.

Pros

My division is rapidly growing with a great suite of products. What's nice is they value your voice and contributions. We are very collaborative and share a goal to succeed. You always feel part of something bigger.

Cons

Sometimes things move slower than preferred due to bureaucratic roadblocks and popular items can be limited by capacity constraints.

Pros

The benefits are decent. The pay is average.

Cons

The women have to work twice as hard as the men and still have it hard. The supervisors desperately need training. The turnover rate is very high. There are no women in supervison.
