      Flexible working/hybrid environment. Empowering, engaging and trustful management with little to no micromanagement. Working for a global company who is trying to make the world a safer place. Opportunity for your work to have a big impact depending on the business line or division you work for.

      Cons

      Lots of differences between the culture of different business lines and groups. Some processes could be better outlined.
