Pros

Generous paid time off, but if you take the time you will fall too far behind because there is no support team.

Cons

Management has no clue how to treat employees, weak support team, too focused on 30 day revenue cycle. Not willing to invest in employees future or growth. Micro management over employees that are doing well.

Pros

Do what ever you like. If you can make managers happy, you can do anything you like.

Cons

Hard work with bad outcome. If you believe you can survive by working hard, you are wrong. Intertek has lots of almost independent business units. Those units managers make themselves looking like KING. If they are unhappy, no matter what job you can do, you are nothing. They do not care because they can cheating customers. For example Sydney laboratory release fraud testing reports to customers, even its staffs do not do tests.

Flexible hours and I have to have 5 words so I'm adding this.

Cons

No accountability from anyone, disrespectful management team, managers don't even know their own SOPs, many people do not care about client relationships
