Pros
The company was good back in 2016 with good culture and team to work with, however, it's becoming like a joke since then. There's nothing good about the company now and you will see some good colleagues struggling to find some job outside of this company in Singapore.
Cons
The management (be it top or middle) has not given any solid vision to the team. They are putting "equality rules" in rewarding the employees, meaning, all employees will basically get the same benefit (performance bonus) throughout the year. Good performer and bad performer will get the same benefit and opportunity(if any). The performance bonus is a joke last year and it's the same for all the employees in Singapore. Hence, high turnover rate happen all around the departments in Singapore. And those who stayed, are cultivating bad working culture since they will get the same thing even if they're not performing.
