Business is quite okay and stable. People are friendly except senior management guys.

Cons

Too political. Selfish and aggressive CEO who's only looking at the short term target. Senior management guys are stupid.

Diversity of samples and parameters.

Cons

No work life balance need to work even on weekends and holidays the Comoffs are not given . Job threat is given day in and day out. The quality system is weak too. No traceability of documents is there.
