      Average Salary ridiculously low as well as the salary band that allows a higher rank to have salaries smaller than lower ranks. no bonus for good employes,

      Pros

      Great benefits package. The hours can be flexible.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no proper training when you get hired. The HR department is in a completely different state. You have no guidance to your benefits package or job description. There is no guidance or leadership and they expect you to produce stellar results. The environment can be hostile and verbally abusive.

      - Absolutely NO employee engagement and motivation - Severe cost cutting, ask employees to switch off electricity - 25% attrition levels; highest amongst entire domain and industry - Restrructing happens every quarter - For Senior Management, its just making money and personal benefits, employees are the last priority
