Good pay and overtime Company sick pay Christmas gift box Time off 4 days on 6 days off shift pattern

Cons

Working with only 2 people at a time in a small space. Another shift partner and sometimes a sample technician which creates difficult environment. Clicky. Nice people are easy targets. Manager visited once a week so had no idea about work load or culture. Very bad for mental health. Training is bad. You are left to learn things yourself and no responsibility on anyone but yourself. Threatened with sacking.
