High amount of PTO hours. 4 weeks starting, 5 weeks after 5 years.

Cons

Extreme amount of travel involved, generally low salary compared to competition, long hours and weekend work required, high turn-over which leads to experienced people leaving frequently (which causes difficulty in completing job duties), constantly changing guidelines.
