Worked with great people and large clientele. Learned a lot about business, bottom lines, P&L, corporate structure, and organization. Company gets a lot of recognition.

Cons

Lack of personal development, no investment into primary resources (people) fixation on profits, lack of vision. Way underpaid for the job role.

Pros

Well known in the industry, decent benefits. Has world wide locations and job opportunities in meany different professions. New upper management

Cons

Lacks long term strategic planning and does not have a management development program. Overly obsessed with short term profits and is not reinvesting in the company.

Pros

There are many opportunities to learn new skills and work with a variety of different types of products and industries. This is essential for new college graduates. Transferring between offices can happen if positions are open. Benefits are great, ample paid time off and very good health/vision/dental insurance.

Cons

Please be aware of how the company is set up. Basically all of the offices were incorporated into the company after previously being independent. This produces a corporation that does not communicate or cooperate well internally. As for employees, there is no incentive to stick around. Training is severely lacking. Promotions are few and far between. Raises are minuscule. Initial pay is below industry average. Pressure is put on upper management to make the most money possible. This limits precious resources for employees and creates headaches for site directors trying to get essential equipment. The pressure is put on every level below upper management creating a central focus on the cost of everything. Supplies, overtime, new equipment, equipment repairs, site repairs, etc. Work/life balance varies from job to job and site to site. Be prepared to get things done even if it means working over time or being on call.
