If you work in operations and finance it’s an extremely stressful environment, my advice to anyone thinking of applying for a job here would be only consider joining if you are absolutely desperate, any job in ops or finance here will have a considerable impact on even the strongest of persons mental health, you will have basic training then be left to get on with it, when you do eventually speak up about being over worked you will be presented with a spreadsheet arguing that your not overworked and be condescendingly asked if there are any issues at home
