      Pros

      Good benefits and pricing Stepping stone positions, then move to competitor Some groups have good middle management, others not so much.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management Roll out decisions from a "global" level that screw the people actually having to do the work. Upper mgmt just checks boxes to get their bonuses while the worker bees do everything under heavy scrutiny with absolutely NO help. Awful on boarding and no new hire training offered. HR is non existent. Use an employee service team that's useless. No one can answer your questions. No uniform processes. Be ready do to go to work daily and get beat down if you are a goal oriented over achiever. Not the place for any good employee. They'll under appreciate your work.

      The trainers do very well at their job. They are greatly appreciated when you move to GC & things are hectic.

      Cons

      Some supervisor do not know how to adequately talk to their technicians to get the great morale.
