Pros

good work/life balance worldwide network of responsive colleagues above average working environment dynamic and evolving business lines with numerous stimulating new projects encouraged working autonomy everything related to admin/HR/payments is well organized and done always on time

Cons

generally in cities outskirts (not very convenient to get there) salary lower than industry's average few actions for employees self-development difficult internal career advancement at medium level

convenient office, great workers, 45 minute lunch

Cons

Not respected by management, management in place due to cost and not skills. People made redundant when it is cheaper to employ workers in Phillipines Client support is lip service only, and work is rushed by people who do not understand the requirements. This office will be closed in 6 months as all prople good at their job are redundant or have left already
