They are professionals upto satisfactory level. They are keen to cope with environmental challenges and changes. Always busy in finishing the tasks. Good reporting and audit systems.

Varied interesting role, plenty of personal development & opportunities to move or be promoted. Salary about average, same with expenses system.

Cons

None really. At the time some colleagues were complaining about an emphasis that was becoming apparent of a target driven approach to securing business. I had no issue with it but do recognise that it could result in a race to the bottom.
