Pros

~Start out with 4 weeks of vacation and 10 paid holidays ~Laid back work environment ~Management is made up of very approachable, friendly guys ~Pay is very competitive with other companies in the industry. Pay is not well above average but the company is doing well enough in this down economy to at least offer you what you should be making.

Cons

~The IT service desk was recently outsourced to India and the quality of assistance dropped dramatically

Pros

Low quality in work, employees very unsatisfied. Managers lacks in basic knowledge even after years of experience. Senior management is money oriented, puts lots of pressures on employees. Employees work crazy hours to finish projects without getting paid for overtime. If you are looking for quality work experience and increasing your knowledge, probably not a good place for you

Cons

Good PTO, good money to begin for fresh graduates, friendly co-workers

Pros

The base compensation is average to above average, and there tends to be good respect for work-life balance. There are some really great people working there, and pockets of support for professional and personal growth.

Cons

While Intertek talks a good talk about professional growth, I found myself blocked a bit as I tried to develop my career. There's a tendency to pigeonhole good people into their role, and while it makes sense, it's a frustrating place to be. The company changes direction in messaging, marketing, and focus often, making it very hard to really maintain a consistent story. The overall experience is decent, but lacking when it comes to really developing one's career.
