Cons

Toxic culture that overcomes any pros listed above. Insecurity reigns supreme and comes from the top down. The entire development team quit in early 2018 - and the quitting/firing continues still.

Pros

Intiva offers some of the best benefit packages in the Austin Area. Full medical coverage. Our PTO is 6 weeks as well. We have some paid meals as well. 401 k matching. The company has a lot of knowledgeable people and the compensation packages are very competitive if not better. You work with very bright, innovative and hard working co workers and management. You will work on cutting edge projects and help solve important issues.

Cons

It is a relatively innovative and fast paced environment so expect to produce and be on time.

The company focuses on trust, top notch work material, customer driven work product and providing customers with the best service in the industry. Very out of the box thinking style company that isn't afraid to set new industry standards. Intiva is a fantastic place for top-notch professionals who want to be on a winning team. The benefits and perks are some of the best in the area and the co workers and management are even friendly, smart, and forward-thinking. Compensation and benefits are some of the highest you will find in Austin area. Your work/life balance will be plenty as they are very high industry vacation days off and holidays. Ask and you will get it.
