Remote work, great training and onboarding, management is supportive, flexible with schedule, OT available, independent work, no micromanaging, good benefits, very structured company.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary for a sales job, need to hit your numbers just like anywhere else. Nothing that you are not told about during the interview process so no surprises.
