      Pros

      The people I work with are exceptional. Our leadership is unmatched. My team is passionate about a job well done and see the bigger picture. They know what they do helps keeps their loved ones safe. They also understand as a team we share in success and our obstacles together. The team work is spectacular. It is also a company which strives to perpetually go above and beyond to create an inclusive environment.

      Cons

      I have spent several decades leading customer service teams in various industries. I have had plenty of cons from my jobs IN THE PAST. The best decision I've made was to come to Intoxalock. The only con is if you are not a team player and you are not willing to commit to excellence then this will not be the job for you. You need to have the ability to de-escalate customers while showing our customer you are wanting to be their ally for their success. If you enjoy being on a team and supporting your team then you will find yourself in a very satisfying position.
