The turnover at this company is probably around 80% within four months (management included). Employees have zero real control over income. All pay factors are based on customer metrics such as if a customer submitted a valid phone number or name online, and if they didn't, it is the employee's fault they didn't close the sale and are paid in a lower tier. Forced work culture Extremely cutthroat culture Policies aren't adheared to by management Weekends are a must Weekly overtime is a must Average tenure is 4 months.

This company is a hidden Gem! Our entire platform is giving others a second chance after making a mistake! There are not a lot of places out there that are really trying to make a different. We have a leadership team that really cares about those that want to better themselves. If you work hard, and do what is asked you will have opportunities. If you expect to come in and slide by you will get noticed. When we hit company milestones we celebrate as a COMPANY! Our leadership and executive team a brilliant people and are doing everything they can to put the company in a better place.

Cons

We are growing and with people growth comes internal need to grow. We need a better benefit and 401K plan. Getting a larger location where we can all be together and feel all as 1 team would be great too.
