Directors are clueless about what’s really going with employees. The only thing they care about is themselves. So many unqualified people are in upper management and only got there by kissing butt - expect to work REQUIRED overtime and not get breaks except your 30 minute lunch. Don’t believe anything a manager or director tells you, look out for yourself and yourself only. Moral in the call center and corporate has gone down dramatically and directors are in meetings all day everyday to even notice. Bonus structure definitely sets you up to fail so don’t count on getting one of those unless you are a director.
