      Fast Growing, Interesting Space

      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly but small enough that is not bureaucratic. It is a pretty relaxed atmosphere. There is a lot of interesting things to do in marketing both digital and traditional marketing.

      Cons

      Wish there were located downtown where there were more lunch and after work choices.

      Pros

      Intoxalock is a growing company with lots of sales and increases and the ability to employ lots of people at their call center and corporate offices in Des Moines.

      Cons

      Unorganized management team moving in too many directions without thinking it through, lack of communication and growth without proper procedures in place. The call center appears to have no loyalty to their employees, you are a number.
