      -Growing Company & Industry -Management that cares about their team -Room to grow with the company -New Investors -Great Exec. Team that keeps the "little guy" in mind

      Sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the changes when a company is growing at such a fast pace.

      Pros

      Intoxalock is a growing company with lots of sales and increases and the ability to employ lots of people at their call center and corporate offices in Des Moines.

      Cons

      Unorganized management team moving in too many directions without thinking it through, lack of communication and growth without proper procedures in place. The call center appears to have no loyalty to their employees, you are a number.
