Constant educational opportunities Supportive and positive work environment Friendly and helpful co-workers (techs) Management that cares and listens Random opportunities pop up all the time Work from home I couldn't say enough good things

Cons

Not sure... I feel like when there's a problem, management will be looking for the best way to remedy it. The managers are techs themselves, so they work from that perspective.
