Constant Learning Environment with Supportive Leadership

Pros

As someone who initially joined with data visualization skills and no knowledge of SQL, I have had the growth opportunities that include time, resources, and support to work on a path where I now get to start learning about data engineering. I have many exciting projects including cloud-based data transitions, changing reporting systems, and creating needed reports for departments, I have never proposed an idea that I wasn't encouraged to (at minimum) learn more about. As an individual who works with data, we can easily work in a silo. Whether it be a 30-minute brainstorming/ head clearing walk or an official meeting, its clear that we are a team across the organization. Exec's generally have their door open and are happy to be interrupted with ideas and questions. They are not shy to say Thank You and this trickles down within their management. I have not had someone (at minimum) listen. One aspect that sets INN apart is the CEO's generosity in sharing concert seats whenever he is unable to attend for season passes. This small but thoughtful gesture shows the CEO's commitment to making the workplace enjoyable and goes a long way.

Cons

1. Limited Job Title: While my official job title is Data Analyst 1, my responsibilities extend beyond the scope of that role. This is not a significant concern, so I have never brought it to management. 2. Benefits: The individual health benefits are great, but adding a partner is very expensive. (Once again - never addressed with management)

Thank you for the review of your experience with INN. It’s great to receive this kind of open and honest feedback about different areas of the company. We appreciate you noting our Community Outreach initiatives, and always try to remind staff that they are allowed up to 16 hours (2 days) of paid time for volunteer work. Also, we will continue to review job titles/pathways for our growing corporate staff along with working to improve benefits programs.

Pros

IntraNerve, LLC holds a standard to their quality and value of work. They treat their employees with the upmost respect. I feel valued as an employee here and knowing they want to see me grow in the company. After interviewing with multiple companies, IntraNerve, LLC was no question the best offer. Pay, shift differential, flexible schedule, education provided and free CEUs, the list goes on. It's been eye opening to see such sincere team work and an encouraging environment. Your upper management wants you to enjoy the work you do and thrive in the position you are in.

If you don't work here, you're missing out :)

IntraNerve is a great place to work. The workplace culture is supportive and fun. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. The management team is receptive to feedback and suggestions. There are opportunities for growth.
