      Great opportunity to work with international students; I met a lot of fantastic people!

      Limited growth opportunities; It’s also unreasonable to work full time, be available at almost any time for emergencies including weekends or holidays, have little to no vacation or sick leave, and make less than local retail sales clerks.

      Employees are all very mission oriented and all have great international experience with impressive resumes and experiences.

      Cons

      Employee turnover is high because the pay is low and top management is disconnected from the employees. The mission doesn't seem to be as important to top management.
