Pros

Most of the people who work at Intrax are bright, hard-working, and competent. Just about everyone speaks multiple languages, has lived abroad, and believe in the mission of bringing people and cultures together. In some divisions there is an opportunity to travel abroad. Intrax people are generally great people to work with. Properly led then left to their own devices, they would provide all the ideas needed to right the ship.

Cons

A lack of transparency (in budgets, decision-making, and even frequent re-orgs that make year-on-year comparisons difficult) leads to a lack of trust. Employees often feel that they are pitted against one another. Low pay can be mitigated with positive reinforcement, but that doesn't happen much outside of Ayusa. A few people in leadership playing their own private Game of Thrones create a negative environment for many.

Pros

Most Intrax employees are there because they want to do something related to cultural exchange and are therefore interesting, fun, well-travelled people. In general, most employees are in their 20s and there is a lot of after-work socializing with coworkers. This is a lot of opportunity for advancement because many employees are young and move along quickly so if you want to stick around and take on a little responsibility you can get promoted pretty quickly.

Cons

The pay tends to be low and the pressure to make the company money can be strangely high given the semi-altruistic mission that is espoused from management. Some of the divisions run visa exchange programs that are kind of sketchy. There is a lot of disillusionment among employees who often stay a year or less.
