      A lot of missed opportunities

      Pros

      Great people - coworkers all shared an open-minded outlook and passion for sharing international experiences. It's an interesting field, the office is in a good location, and while pay is low (an out of touch) there are good health benefits.

      Cons

      High turnover. Feeling that your passion for the field and hard work is taken advantage of. Unengaged executive leadership. Low pay and lack of clear professional development opportunities - you simply need to outlast your peers.

      Pros

      The teaching staff is very well provided for and the administration does their best to ensure both the staff's and students' needs are met.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for job advancement, and your hours can be reduced to part time fairly quickly.

      -Quarterly happy hour -Multicultural team -Only expected to work 9-5

      Cons

      -Management is misguided and delusional about goals -They fire people every quarter. They fired a group of people the week before Christmas last year. If you are on an international visa (H1B), do not feel secure as they have laid off people with work visas and kicked them out of the country. -Changing priorities and no transparency -Led by fear -Poor vacation for an "exchange company". You start with 10 and gain 1 day each year. Also, there are forced vacation days around Christmas so in reality you get even less. -Managers that don't care about you at all and only watch their own backs. Senior leaders that are antiquated and full of lies. -No upper management potential -Do what you are told or be fired or pushed enough that you quit
