      Not so bad, hours are normal... they have realistic expectations.

      Boooooring group of employees. The environment is SO stuffy.

      Coworkers were great. HQ is in a great city.

      Cons

      Pay was quite low. Often had to fight for commission that was promised. False promises to go on trips if you meet commission though these are never met (always make sure to get everything in writing). My manager would often gossip about other coworkers to me so it's hard to have a respectful relationship within the team.

      A great place for people who are interested in international cultural exchange and international education. You can really learn how things work in these fields.

      Promotions and praises are determined emotionally rather than logically.
