- Alphabet as patient and long time investor - Start-up culture in big corporate setting - Smartest people of the industry - Working on AI in industrial context is the most ambitious and exciting challenge of today

Pros

- Great mission; impact-driven work - Exec team is strong and adaptable - I love that the Exec team solves things from first principles. They get things right most of the time and in the instances where they don't, they're quick to tack - Comp and benefits is comparable to Google / FAANG but at a much smaller scale with little bureaucracy and faster velocity - I feel that my work is rewarded and if I put 1 unit of work into it, I get at least 1 unit of return out of it, which I think is the most you can ask for out of a career and company.

Cons

- It's a startup and finding product market fit is a messy task - If you're looking for a role where you're going to coast, this is not the company.
