The company sometimes works in silos - I wish there was a better way to share info and make sure we're not reinventing the wheel all the time.

It's hard to work across the street from Google and not be a little envious of the free food, laundry, and shuttle service. I would make more money if I went to work for someone else, but I guess that's true of most jobs. Finally, it can sometimes be frustrating to work at a bigger, more established company where projects don't happen as quickly as you want.
