Pros

Intuit's core values are really in sync with mine. There is a high level respect between peers and between management and individual contributors.

Cons

Work/Life Balance can be challenging

Pros

Work-life balance isn't just a phrase thrown about at Intuit. For the most part, people work 40 hour weeks. The people are intelligent and really strive to solve real problems for customers.

Cons

Intuit has been successful for 25 years selling software at retail. Intuit is good at that, but that is not where the future is. Brad Smith talks about growth and opportunities but senior management has yet to take action on this so instead of exploring new business ideas, we are stuck maintaining the existing ones. Senior management needs to take risks and look at new business models in order to continue to prosper

Pros

Great culture, great people, and our products really do help small businesses and consumers complete annoying tasks they'd rather not have to deal with.

Cons

Office locations aren't in major city locations.
