Good benefits. There is an emphasis on having fun and colleagues supporting each other. Discourages creativity.

Bureaucratic management, displayes favoratism which discourages creativity, impedes personal growth, lack of job security

Intuit needs to get back to some of their old core values

Pros

Good hourly pay; good working environment; good company culture

Cons

They keep cutting the number of QAs, sacrificing quality of the product for the bottom line. Doesn't seem to be a lot of loyalty to their longtime employees. No flexibility or consistency for things like telecommuting. They used to hire TAPs from the QA talent pool, and encouraged us to get the programming classes. I did, and was completely stonewalled. Right now, with all the layoffs, I guess I'm supposed to just be glad I have a job at all.
