      Pros

      The training was professional, intuitive, well rounded and well run. The HQ in Atlanta is the most impressive workplace I've ever seen. It's vast, has a lot of small workplaces and large conference rooms to have one on one's or run a large class. People are visably proud to work here and are beyond helpful with any advice I may need.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. In my case, I live 35 miles north of the office, but so do a lot of other people. So I'm not the only one driving 45-60 minutes each way. So be it!

      Pros

      There is plenty of support as you get started in your role, gracious onboarding period. Plenty of tools provided to be successful. Coworkers are friendly and create a great atmosphere to be a part of!

      Cons

      Hybrid roles aren't for everyone - have to enjoy making the commute into the office. Fast-moving environment is a great thing, but also means things are changing constantly. Gotta be nimble!
